Overview

When using InDesign 2021 with the Xinet plugin, opened files do not get blocked. Ghost files are not created for an open file.

This is not an issue with the Xinet Plugin but a bug in InDesign 2021 version 16.2.1. You can view the bug report on the InDesign website.
